1) Click the Broadband 4 PC Icon in the task bar, (Fig 1)

2) Click the Transponder Management button (Fig 2).

3) Highlight the Transponder and click Edit (Fig 3)

4) There are two fields that you need to change (Fig 4) (leave all other fields alone)

     a. Transponder is  currently 11727 (yours may be different)

     b. Symbol Rate is 8000

5) The new settings are being applied in Fig 5. Transponder is 11726 and Symbol Rate is 6400

6) Click the Tune Button and you will get your signal back. (Fig 6)

       a. Click OK and Close twice. You are finished.

In the event that you do not have a signal after making the changes do the following:

Repeat all steps and the Transponder can be in a range of 11723 - 11729. This is in an effort to tune in the signal. The  new Symbol Rate will still remain at 6400.
